Like a 'crisis line' or 'help line', HelpLite can be regarded as a service providing 'supported-listening' (or 'active listening'). It’s intended to be as minimally ‘off-putting’ as possible. Clients can take comfort in knowing only this, if wished, is ahead.
For when needed, the light shines
You can talk about anything in our HelpLite video call. This can be what you intended to talk about, and/or maybe what flows from this; or it can be pre-amble – however extended - to what you would like to talk about but are having difficulty doing so; the choice is freely yours.
You will ‘actively listened' to. Constructive and pertinent conversational injections will be made as necessary/wanted, and progression will be gently helped when beneficial/wanted. You aren't responsible for a long monologue.
With HelpLite:
You don't have to choose HelpLite in advance. You are welcome to come and discover - in the Initial Consultation call - what help you want or are currently comfortable with.
